One day delivery is not available. storets reserve the right to select the courier for each order.
Taxes and Duties
All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
Currency Conversions
All prices listed on our site are in US dollars, and charged to your credit card in US dollars. Customers may choose to convert the currency into a select few via the currency menu at the top of the screen. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but in general it should match closely with the current rate. Returns
By placing an order at storets, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to storets. Please refer to our international return policy here for further information on how to return your packages.
Shipments Undelivered due to Reasons Caused by the Customer
Shipments may be undelivered due to reasons caused by the customer which includes but are not limited to incorrect shipping address, unidentifiable recipient, unpaid duties and taxes. If such shipments are forced to be returned to us, the items will not be re-shipped and be refunded after applicable deductions of any expenses incurred during the process such as forced return shipping fees or duties.
Important Information
Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
Our order processing time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes up to 3 working days period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse from Monday through Friday. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 5 days for shipments to be dispatched. In case of restocking, this may take longer and our staff will send you a notification of delay via email.
If an item in your order isn’t immediately available in our warehouse, then please allow 2-3 weeks for your purchase to be processed. Your order may be processed in multiple shipments, in which case you will be notified with the tracking number when each shipment occurs.
We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.
Insurance
storets insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) as evidence of delivery and fulfillment by storets and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Delivery may not be possible subject to region-specific issues such as a natural disaster, wartime and customs issue etc.
